Cancellation & Refunds

If you only read one section, read this one.

• Cancel before we start preparing your filing — full refund of the Bizvee service fee.
• Cancel after preparation but before submission — refund of the service fee minus work already completed.
• After submission to a registry or authority — government fees and completed work are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions can be turned off any time and simply stop at the end of the paid term.

Open the order in your dashboard and use Request cancellation, or email info@bizvee.com from the address on your account with the order number. We timestamp the request the moment it arrives, and that timestamp — not the day we reply — decides which refund tier applies.

We confirm every cancellation in writing. If you have not had a confirmation within one business day, chase us.

Formation moves quickly, so the window is short by design. Once documents are prepared, real work has been done; once a filing hits the registry, the money has left our hands.

• Not yet started — 100% of the Bizvee service fee refunded.
• Documents prepared, not filed — service fee refunded less a preparation charge reflecting the work done.
• Filed with the registry — the state, provincial or Companies House fee is non-refundable, and the service fee is retained.
• Rejected because of a Bizvee error — we refile at our cost, or refund in full if you prefer to walk away.
• Rejected because of information you supplied — we will correct and refile; a second registry fee may apply.

These are annual services tied to a physical address and a suite number allocated to your company.

You may cancel within 14 days of a first purchase for a full refund, provided the address has not yet been used on a public filing. After that, or once the address appears on a registry record, the term is non-refundable because we remain legally on record for you until the registry is updated.

To end the service you must appoint a replacement agent or address with the registry. We will not withhold the paperwork you need to do that.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing month; we do not pro-rate part months.

Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase if no filing period has been worked. After that, we refund unused whole months less any discount you received for committing annually.

A tax return that has been prepared or submitted is not refundable, even if the plan is cancelled the same day.

Because these orders produce a physical item, cancellation is only possible before printing begins. Once a document is printed, notarised, apostilled or handed to a carrier, the order is final.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong document was printed, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph and we will reprint and reship at our expense.

Payments for partner services are held in escrow. You may cancel and receive a full refund any time before the partner accepts the engagement.

Once accepted, refunds depend on the work performed: unstarted milestones are refunded in full, and work already delivered is not. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged by the partner.

If a partner fails to deliver, raise a dispute from the order screen. Bizvee reviews the thread and releases or returns the escrowed funds accordingly.

Recurring services renew automatically so your company stays in good standing. We email a reminder before every renewal charge.

Turn off auto-renewal in your dashboard at any time before the renewal date and you will not be charged again. If a renewal is charged after you switched it off, or within 5 days of a renewal you did not intend, contact us and we will refund it provided no new term of service has been delivered.

State filing fees, Companies House fees, IRS or HMRC charges, trademark office fees, courier costs and bank charges are paid straight through to those bodies. They are never refundable by Bizvee once paid, regardless of the outcome of the application.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank; bank transfers can take longer for international payments.

We do not issue refunds as store credit unless you ask for it.

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback freezes the order, can suspend an in-flight filing and often takes months to resolve — while an email to info@bizvee.com usually resolves the same issue in a day.

Where consumer law in your country grants you stronger cancellation rights than this policy, those rights apply and nothing here limits them. If your circumstances are genuinely unusual, tell us; we would rather make a sensible exception than win an argument.
