A registry saying "no" is our problem, not your dead end

Filings get rejected everywhere — a taken name in Delaware, a sensitive word at Companies House, an ASIC officeholder query, an IRS notice. What separates a two-day hiccup from a two-month stall is who reads the rejection and how fast they act. That's us, and we don't bill you for it.

Why filings get refused

Six reasons cover almost every rejection on earth

None of them are mysterious once someone reads the notice properly. Here's what we see across every registry we file with.

Name conflict or restricted word

A near-identical company already exists, or the name uses a word the registry protects — "bank", "royal", "group" and friends.

Identity verification failure

A document expired, a scan was unreadable, or the address on file didn't match the ID.

Wrong entity or share structure

Officer roles, share classes or objects clauses that don't fit the registry's template.

Missing consent or signature

Director or member consent forms that weren't signed in the format the registry accepts.

Address not acceptable

PO boxes, unregistrable addresses, or a registered office in the wrong state or province.

Tax authority query

An EIN, ITIN, ABN or UTR application kicked back for a mismatch in supporting details.

The recovery run

From rejection notice to approval, without you lifting a finger

01

We hear it first

Registry correspondence comes to us, not you. Most rejections are logged in our system within hours of being issued.

02

Root-cause diagnosis

A specialist reads the actual notice — not a guess — and writes a plain-English explanation of exactly why it failed.

03

Fix and refile

We correct the filing, get any new signature or document you need to provide, and resubmit. No new service fee.

04

Confirmed and closed

You get the approval, the corrected documents, and a note on what we changed so it never repeats.

What the promise covers

Generous on purpose

We could write this policy so tightly that almost nothing qualifies. Most providers do. We'd rather absorb the occasional cost than make you argue about whose mistake it was.

Unlimited refiles on our errors

If the rejection came from something we prepared, we refile as many times as it takes — no charge, no cap.

One free refile on your details

Wrong name choice or an expired passport? Your first corrective refile is still on us. We'd rather fix it than bill it.

A named human, not a queue

The specialist who prepared the filing owns the recovery until it's approved.

Full refund if it truly can't be done

If the registry will never approve your case, we refund our service fee and tell you honestly what would work instead.

Better than recovery

The best rejection is the one that never happens

Our rejection rate sits around 1.4% because we spend the boring hours up front. Here's what happens before a single document reaches a registry.

  • Pre-submission name screening against the live registry index
  • Restricted and sensitive word checks before you get attached to a name
  • Two-person review on every incorporation document
  • ID and address validation before anything is filed
  • Country-specific templates maintained by local specialists

Questions
worth asking

Does a rejection cost me the government fee again?+

Sometimes — that's the registry's rule, not ours. Where a jurisdiction charges a fresh filing fee on resubmission, we tell you the exact amount before we refile. Where the fee carries over, nothing is charged at all. Our own service fee is never charged twice.

How fast do you refile?+

Same working day for anything we can fix ourselves. If we need a new document from you, we refile within one working day of receiving it, and your On-Time window restarts from that point.

What if my chosen name simply isn't available anywhere?+

We come back with three cleared alternatives that are already checked against the registry index, plus a short note on why each one will pass. You pick, we file.

Does this apply to tax and compliance filings too?+

Yes — EIN and ITIN notices, ABN and GST refusals, VAT and UTR queries, annual returns and BAS lodgements are all covered by the same recovery process.
