Legal Disclaimer

Bizvee makes incorporation feel simple. That simplicity has a boundary, and this page draws it clearly: we file paperwork extremely well, and we do not give you legal, tax or financial advice.

Last updated · 30 July 2026

01We are not a law firm

Bizvee is a business filing and back-office service. We are not a law firm, we do not employ attorneys to represent you, and nothing on this website, in your dashboard, in our emails or in a conversation with our team constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.

Because there is no attorney-client relationship, communications with Bizvee are not protected by legal privilege.

02We are not your tax or financial adviser

Our bookkeeping and filing services prepare and submit returns based on the information and instructions you give us. Choosing an entity type, a tax election, a state or a jurisdiction has consequences that depend entirely on your personal circumstances, residency and existing structures.

Before making that choice, speak to a qualified accountant or tax adviser licensed in the relevant country. If you do not have one, our partner network can introduce you to one.

03General information only

Guides, comparison tables, jurisdiction pages, blog articles, AI-generated documents and checklists on Bizvee are published for general information. They are written to be broadly accurate at the time of publishing, but law and registry practice change frequently and vary by state, province and country.

Do not treat any page here as a substitute for advice on your specific facts, and do not delay obtaining professional advice because of something you read on this site.

04AI-assisted outputs

Some Bizvee tools use AI to draft business plans, operating agreements, resolutions, names and marketing copy. These outputs are starting drafts. They are not reviewed by a lawyer unless you specifically purchase a review, and they may contain errors or omissions.

Always read an AI-generated document in full, adapt it to your situation and have it reviewed before signing or filing it anywhere that matters.

05No guaranteed outcomes

We prepare and submit filings correctly, on time and in the right format. We cannot guarantee the decision at the other end.

  • Registries can reject a company name, an address or a director for reasons outside our control.
  • Banks and payment providers apply their own risk criteria and may decline an application.
  • The IRS, HMRC, CRA and ATO set their own processing queues and can request further information.
  • Trademark offices examine and may oppose or refuse an application on absolute or relative grounds.

06Third parties and partners

Attorneys, agencies, accountants and other professionals listed on Bizvee are independent businesses. Listing does not mean endorsement, supervision or a warranty of quality, and the advice they give is theirs, not ours.

External links on this site are provided for convenience. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.

07Your compliance remains yours

Even with Bizvee handling filings, the legal duty to keep your company compliant sits with the company's directors and owners. Annual reports, confirmation statements, beneficial ownership disclosures, licences and tax returns must be filed whether or not you saw our reminder.

We build the reminders and dashboards to help you. They are a tool, not a transfer of responsibility.

08Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizvee accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site, from an AI-generated draft used without review, or from a decision made by a registry, authority, bank or third-party professional. Our contractual liability is set out in our Terms of Service.

09When to get real advice

Talk to a licensed professional before you act if your situation involves any of the following:

  • Multiple owners with unequal contributions, vesting or investor terms.
  • Cross-border tax residency, permanent establishment questions or treaty relief.
  • Regulated activity — financial services, healthcare, alcohol, firearms, crypto.
  • Existing litigation, debts, or restructuring an entity that already trades.
  • Immigration or visa outcomes tied to company ownership.
