Terms of Service

By creating a Bizvee account, purchasing a service or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

If you do not agree, do not place an order. We would rather lose a sale than have an unhappy customer discover a term after the fact.

Bizvee is a filing and back-office service. We prepare, submit and track paperwork with registries, tax authorities and partner professionals across our supported jurisdictions, and we operate registered agent, business address, mail scanning, bookkeeping, tax filing and print-and-ship services.

We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice regulated to give you personal tax advice, or a bank. Where a matter genuinely needs licensed professional judgment, we will tell you and, if you want, connect you with an attorney or agency in our partner network.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit and for the security of your login. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person, one login. Sharing credentials across a team is a security risk; use team seats or invite your accountant properly instead.

A filing is only as good as the information behind it. You agree to:

• Provide true, current and complete details for every owner, director and officer.
• Supply verification documents promptly when a registry, bank or AML rule requires them.
• Use Bizvee only for lawful business activity, and not for any restricted or sanctioned purpose.
• Keep your own copies of formation documents, tax numbers and filings.
• Meet the deadlines we surface in your dashboard — annual reports, confirmation statements and renewals do not pause because an email was missed.

Prices are shown in the native currency of the jurisdiction you are buying in — GBP for the UK, USD for the US, CAD for Canada, AUD for Australia — and are quoted before you pay.

Government and registry fees are separate from our service fee unless a package explicitly states they are included. If a registry raises its fee mid-order, we will pass on the actual increase and tell you before charging it. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where required.

Any timeframe we publish covers the part of the process we control: preparing your documents and submitting them correctly the first time. Registry processing, bank decisions, IRS or HMRC queues and courier transit are outside our control and are not guaranteed.

If a filing is rejected because of an error we made, we refile at our cost and treat it as a priority.

Registered agent, business address, mailbox and accounting plans are recurring. They renew automatically on their anniversary using the payment method on file so that your company never falls out of good standing by accident.

We email a renewal notice before each charge. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: before we start work, you get your service fee back; once a filing is submitted, government fees and completed work are non-refundable.

Some services on Bizvee are delivered by independent attorneys, accountants and agencies listed in our network. Bizvee facilitates discovery, scheduling, escrowed payment and messaging, but the professional relationship — and the advice given — is between you and that partner.

Funds for partner work are held until the engagement is marked complete and a holding period passes. Bizvee is not liable for the professional advice a partner gives.

For address and print-and-ship services, you authorise Bizvee and its agents to receive, open where instructed, scan and forward mail addressed to your company. You must not use a Bizvee address for personal residency claims, or for any purpose prohibited by the postal authority of that country.

Documents are shipped to the address you provide. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs seizures or losses once a parcel leaves our facility, though we will help you chase them.

The Bizvee platform, brand, templates and content belong to us. You get a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business while your account is active. Documents we generate specifically for your company are yours to keep and use.

You may not use Bizvee to:

• Form entities for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any illegal trade.
• Impersonate another person or company, or submit forged documents.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to breach the platform.
• Resell Bizvee services as your own without a written partner agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, fails verification, charges back a legitimate payment or exposes us to legal risk. Where the law allows, we will explain why and give you a chance to fix it.

You can close your account at any time. Statutory records we must retain will survive closure.

Bizvee is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that a registry will approve a name, that a bank will open an account, or that a third party will act within a given timeframe.

To the maximum extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid Bizvee for the specific service giving rise to that claim in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

We improve the platform continuously and may add, change or retire features. If we change these terms materially, we will update the date above and notify active customers. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Bizvee entity is established, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before litigating anything, both sides agree to raise the issue in writing to info@bizvee.com and spend thirty days genuinely trying to resolve it. Most disputes are a misunderstanding with a fixable cause.
